Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-10-17

These terms set the basic rules for using Kkurei Arcade (kkurei.com and subdomains such as omok, mole, block, battle and gacha — "the site"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

• The site offers browser games, rankings, cat cards and measuring tools for free. There are no accounts.
• Churu, cards and items in Kkurei Battle and Capsule Gacha are tied to a browser cookie. The recovery code shown when you create a nickname lets you continue on another device; keep it safe, as lost codes may not be recoverable.
• We may change game content, numbers or screens, or pause parts of the service with notice.

2. Nicknames and rankings

• Nicknames may not impersonate others or contain profanity, hate speech, advertising or personal contact details.
• Such nicknames and abnormal records may be removed or changed without notice.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Gaining scores, cards or churu through bots, code tampering or forged requests
• Sending excessive requests to our servers (API) or disrupting the service
• Using someone else's recovery code or card ownership key without permission

Violations may lead to removal of the related records, cards or churu, or blocked access.

4. In-game items

Cat cards, churu and battle items exist only inside the games. They have no cash value, cannot be bought or sold for money, and are not refundable. Trading them outside the site is not allowed.

5. Advertising

The site shows Google AdSense ads and directly sold ads. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services in their ads.

6. Copyright

Artwork, text and software on the site belong to the operator. Sharing your own cards or game screenshots on personal social media is fine; please ask before any commercial use or redistribution.

7. Limitation of liability

• The site is provided free and "as is". Records may be lost due to maintenance, outages or cleared browser storage.
• Kkurei Tools results depend on your screen and calibration and are for reference only. Use a physical measuring tool when precision matters.

8. Changes and contact

Changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions go to the contact page. Personal data is handled according to the privacy policy.
