About Kkurei Arcade

Kkurei Arcade is a collection of free browser games starring Grey, a gray cat. Everything runs in your desktop or mobile browser with no install and no sign-up, and each round is short enough for a quick break.

Grey and Kkurei

Grey was a very cute gray American Shorthair who lived with the developer's wife, and has since crossed the rainbow bridge. For her, as she misses Grey, the developer made Kkurei, a desktop pet app where Grey walks across your screen again, gets petted and fed, and plays mini-games with you. Kkurei Arcade brings those mini-games to the web so anyone can play them instantly.

All artwork is hand-drawn pixel art, and the paw that bops the moles in Whack-a-Mole is a photo of Grey's real paw.

What you can play

• ⚔️ Kkurei Battle — A 3-vs-3 auto battler with the cat cards you collect. Fire, grass and water counter each other, skills are one-shot cards, and the Cat Tower goes from floor 1 to 100.
• 🎁 Capsule Gacha — Steer the claw machine to grab a capsule with a cat card or battle item inside. You can play for free every day; after that you use churu earned in the games.
• ⚫ Cat Gomoku — Gomoku on a 15×15 board against Grey. Play a five-game run on easy, normal or hard; wins add points by difficulty for the weekly ranking.
• 🔨 Whack-a-Mole — Help Grey chase moles out of a peanut field on Udo Island. Fill the gauge to store up to three cat punches.
• 🌋 Lava Stone Wall — A falling-block puzzle: stack lava-drop blocks, clear lines and repair a broken stone wall path.
• 🧶 Yarn Ball — A ping-pong game with Grey: move your paddle left and right; the ball speeds up the longer the rally lasts.
• 🏐 Cat Volleyball — Move and jump with the joystick to play volleyball against Grey. Three touches trigger an automatic smash.
• 📏 Kkurei Tools — small measuring tools: an on-screen ruler, length measurement, rectangle and circle calculators, and a protractor.

Cat cards

Finishing a mini-game can earn you a cat card. Every card has its own rarity (common, rare or legendary), attack, health and speed stats, and a serial number. Cards go into your collection and can be used as a deck in Kkurei Battle. Cards, churu and items exist only inside the games and cannot be bought or sold for money.

How we run the site

• Free, no account — every game is free and we never ask for an email address or phone number. Rankings show only the nickname you type.
• Minimal data — most records and settings stay in your browser. Everything stored on our server is listed in the privacy policy.
• Supported by ads — server costs and development are paid for by ads on the pages. Ads never cover the game or trick you into clicking.
• Always improving — feedback shapes fixes and new games.
